Took clomid cd 5-9 now CD 23 & 24 having cramps with a lil CM what are my chances of a BFP this month?(SORRY T?

Well yesterday had some cramping and today it is still there. I have some CM, enough to spot in my underwear. I started having a lot of back pain a few days ago and my back is itching like crazy. It is so bad I have put lotion on like every hour. I am really tierd like i was the whole week of takeing clomid, in bed by 8:15pm and up and down all nite with a back ache and having to pee. By muscles behind by hurt alot yeterday and they feel fuller. I have been very constipated this week. I had really bad cramping my first round of clomid the week before AF. Had tons of CM last 2 rounds of clomid the week before AF this month so far as much. This is my first round at 100 could my body be reacting differently? Could i get my BFP this month? I only am allowed 3 more rounds of clomid and am really hoping this is it, any thoughts are welcome.
