Screenplay intro, please rate 1-10 and state why?

It could be good if it was completely rewritten in the proper format, the characters didn't sound exactly the same when they talked, and if it was clear who the characters are (so far, you've got 'man in black,' 'the doctor,' 'nicolas,' 'charles,' and the 'mother.') Too confusing, too messy. Clean it up.
