Do i have a nose piercing infection?! PLEASE HELP!?

A week ago i pierced my nose myself. And it seems really swollen on one side and there are a ton of little bumps around it and the skin is a little raised too. there hasnt really been a lot of puss but its pretty red. its not that noticable unless its seen close. does anyone know if this is an infection or allergic reaction??? any advice would be very much appreciated!! :)
