Helpppp!bleeding problem!!!!!?

I been going true a really rough time(heartbroken]Im not sure if this has anything to do with it but,i been bleeding tru my nose almost everyday now[alot of blood]I dont have any eating or health problems.This is the first time this has happened to me.It happens all the time;but especially when i starts crying.What wrong with me?
