she could be just rambling we all say somethings we don't really mean when we are mad but like you said what if I'm not sure exactly who you would need to call so yes I would contact the police tell them you what you said here and ask who you contact to warn that she has said she's going to in todays world we just dont know look at Paula Aduls stalker no one took her serious and look at how that ended so yes at least call to ask who you need to call about it.
