Do you think my hand is broken? ITS HUGE?

i was shooting a sling shot and aimed worong...shot my hand with a hu ge rock... now its huge black and bruised really badley...i did this yesterday....i can move it more today but i cant put any strain on it....wat do u think i did to it?
