10 Best Rock Artists of each decade 1950s-90s?

I think to fully access whether rock music is dead in the 00s, you can't simply look at the music in the hot 100. I actually think this decade is the best for music so far, because it gives such a great variety amongst artists. But hey, looking at your list, it seems like what's popular is all that matters to you anyway. And that's fine. Just don't preach what you don't understand.
