What is the best diaper to put on my 11 month old son at night?!?

During the day we use Huggies Natural Fit, and I LOVE them! But at night EVERY night he leaks out of them, all over his pj's. What have you found to work for your baby? Also when is an ideal age to start potty training? Thanks for your help
