Laptop screen won't turn on!! Please help?

When the CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK lights are flashing like that and nothing else is working, that usually means that there's a problem with the memory or system board. Try reseating the memory or trying different memory to see if that changes anything, otherwise it could be a bad system board.
