I want to major in BIOLOGY to get into med school?

but i also am looking to get a job, during those times, if i get a Bachelor in Biology, can i work in a hospital helping patients, or no. Its just that the only reason im taking bio is because it will help a lot to get into Med school. I want to be a Physician. I dont want to work in a lab, looking through microscopes, my pion is to work face to face with patients. Any advice.
