Help Chemistry Questions, Please!?

Question 1 is an ionic compound. It conducts electricity during electrolysis but must be molten so the ions can move freely and carry the charge. I think Q2 is c but I'm not sure. Question three might be nitrogen oxide but I'm really not sure.
