Did Shelton Benjamin turn face or Tweener?

that was just one episode of ECW. It's hard to tell what the WWE Booking Team wants to do with Shelton Benjamin, it changes from one week to the next. As far as I know, he is still a heel. I thought a few weeks ago, that the WWE Booking Team was transforming Vladimir Kozlov into a Baby face, but now I think the WWE has come up with an even better idea, pair Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekial Jackson as a Tag Team and have them destroy everyone.
